How do I reset my password or get help with SSO login?

Our IT team has created a simple tool to help you reset your SSO password. To access our Password Portal, please go to the Pennantguide.com > Help > Password Portal. You can select the 'Change' option to change your password. 

Some of the programs we support offer self-service password resets. That means you can go to the main login page of that program and select the 'forgot password' or 'forgot username' to have your login credentials reset. 

Please follow the best practices on how to submit a request to our service desk if you do need to submit a request for further assistance.
