The following document is intended to instruct our IT agents the steps needed in Forcura to add or delete fax groups for specific user based on their job roles and responsibilities.
Issue Covered in this Article
- User is receiving faxes that they no longer require.
- User is requesting to be added to a fax line.
Issue Resolution
- Go To Forcura in Pennant Guide under HCHB, Forcura Authentication (myforcura.com)
- Sign in with your credentials, first.last@pennantservices.com
- Go to side panel and open Site Administration
- Click on Users
- Search for the username
- Select Edit
- Open up the Fax Groups, here you can see the different fax numbers the user is receiving from. To delete, simply click on the trash can to the right of the fax number.
- To add a fax group, click the add a fax group button.
- From the drop-down menu, select the location and the fax number they need and click Add Fax Group
- You will be directed back to the editing user page and a small popup will appear saying changes were saved.
Issue Cause
- User is requesting to be added or removed from a fax number.
- User has recently switched roles and is receiving faxes for the wrong department.
